Purpose	The web site will serve several purposes.  First and foremost, it will be the main collection tool for works to be featured in the book.  Through the marketing efforts, artists, poets and writers will be driven to the site and encouraged to submit their works.  The secondary purpose of the site will be as a showcase for potential publishers.
Back End	The back end is the most crucial as the primary purpose of the site will be as a data collection tool.  I want to expand the current form to include as many variables as is reasonable and then have all the submissions filed in a database format.  With this infrastructure in place, sorting and editing what I hope to be a large volume of submissions will be easier.
Front End	I don't see why the front end can't be developed simultaneously.  The purpose of the front end will be to reach out and speak the language that the community understands.  It will need to 'sell' visitors on the idea and make them feel safe in submitting their works, which as you know, are pieces of their soul and forms divinely beautiful.
Site Map	The next step is going to be to create a site map.  I'll then send that out to everyone who's helping and request image designs, graphics etc.
